We stumbled upon this NICHE.

We stumbled on this idea with a demolition company who was tearing down unwanted structures.  For them, the amount of material that was still salvageable inside the structures was too much of a hassle and the  time before demo too small. 

 So we asked if we could have a small window of time to resale what we could and it worked!  We sold everything down to the beams in the rafters and the HVAC System!
