Hi, I’m Becca Sharp, owner and founder of Radically Reclaimed.
After a long career in advertising sales and raising a family of six, I decided it was time to step away from corporate life and build something of my own—something meaningful.
Raised in a large family during the 70s, I learned early how to stretch a dollar and find value in the overlooked. That resourceful spirit followed me through four fixer-upper homes, countless DIY projects, and ultimately inspired the vision behind Radically Reclaimed.
In 2020, I saw firsthand how the pandemic disrupted the supply chain and how much usable material was being thrown away in construction and demolition. From cabinets to lumber, I realized that builders were paying to dispose of things people actually wanted and needed.
Radically Reclaimed was born from that moment: a mission to recycle, resell, and reward, giving new life to gently used building materials while reducing landfill waste and supporting sustainable home improvement.
